  1. Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the use of the comunicarestiintifica.ro website and services ("Site") provided by Cocea C. Madalina Individual Enterprise, with address and working point in Str. M Sturza, nr 1, Iași, jud Iași, CUI 41449440, Trade Register No. F22/ 1113/2019, ("Provider").

  1. Services offered

The Provider offers through the Site the ability to purchase online courses, 1-on-1 counseling services, and content, tools and resources to facilitate professional growth, knowledge development and improve the quality of communication ("Services").

  1. Payment methods.

Services are both free and paid.

In order to benefit from the paid services offered by the Provider, prior registration is required, as specified for each service. The payment methods available are:

  • bank card payment via Stripe payment processors
  • payment via the Teaching Career Premium card through the Netopia Payments processor
  1. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in the content, materials, design and structure of the services provided, including text, images, graphics and code elements, belong to the Provider or its partners.

You may not use, reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the content and materials in the Services without the prior written consent of the Provider.

  1. Limitation of liability

The provider aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the website. However, the Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or comprehensibility of this information and cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or for the results obtained from its use.

The Provider does not guarantee that the website and services will operate at all times without interruption, delay or failure, and is not responsible for any loss resulting therefrom.

7. Order delivery policy

This section contains information about the delivery, time and delivery method of the services sold. The marketed services are sold delivered online, at the announced date and time - in the case of online courses or at the date and time agreed with the client - in the case of 1-to-1 counselling.

The delivery of services does not require any additional costs.

8. Order cancellation policy

This section contains information about the return, the deadline and how to return products or services sold. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of payment for services not yet rendered. Participation in online courses, receipt of registration by email or participation in a 1-to-1 counselling session constitutes a complete provision of services and withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible. In the case of course packages with special offers for package purchase, the corresponding amounts corresponding to the course(s) not yet started will be refunded.

According to the provisions of GEO no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal from service contracts shall be waived after the complete performance of the services, if the performance has begun with the Buyer's express prior consent and after the Buyer has confirmed that it has become aware that it will lose its right of withdrawal after the complete performance of the Contract by the Seller.

9. GDPR Policy

The Provider complies with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and has adapted its practices in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data ("GDPR"). 10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such changes will apply immediately and will be communicated to users by publication on the site. It is the user's responsibility to periodically check the Terms and Conditions to be informed of any changes. Continued use of the site and services signifies acceptance of the changes

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions, the relationship between the user and the Provider, as well as any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws in force in Romania. If amicable settlement of the dispute is not possible, the following shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania
